The accommodation is in a traditional Victorian building formerly the offices of the local newspaper, "The Oban Times". The property is non-smoking and sleeps a maximum of two adults. There is one twin room with bed linen supplied. A spacious lounge with dining area, colour tv and cd player overlooks Oban Bay. The kitchen has microwave, cooker, fridge and freezer and the bathroom has a bath and a shower. Gas and electricity are included in the rental. The flat does not have its own parking but there is metered parking on the pier opposite or free parking within a short distance. It is ideally situated for visitors arriving by train or bus being only a five minute level walk from the train and bus stations.
