This is a no-nonsense, easy-to-follow course created for property owners, managers and their cleaners looking to ensure their properties operate safely when they open. These protocols have been developed in partnership between the Association of Scotland’s Self Caterers (ASSC), The Professional Association of Self Caterers (PASC) and the Wales Tourism Alliance. The protocols are supported by the Tourism Alliance, the Scottish Tourism Alliance and the Wales Association of Self-Catering Operators. Jen was asked to do the work due to her reputation in Edinburgh as the director of holiday let cleaning company, Landlords’ Little Helper.
Jen Burton’s background, as a physiology graduate enabled her to look behind the science, the myths and work to create the cleaning protocols which are now widely accepted as the benchmark that the self-catering industry needs to achieve to be able to ensure safety for staff and guests alike.
