SuperControl is hosting a pre-event drinks reception the night before the main ASSC Conference. It’s the perfect opportunity for both existing clients, and those interested in finding out more to network and get connected.

Prize Draw – Join us and you could win a free annual licence for SuperControl for up to ten properties.

Everyone that attends will be given a ticket and entered into a prize draw which will take place during the main conference on Tuesday 7 November at Perth Concert Hall.

First prize: A free annual licence for SuperControl for up to ten properties.
Second prize: A luxury hamper from The Galloway Lodge, full of goodies from throughout Dumfries and Galloway.
Third prize: A bottle of Persie Gin, distilled in Perthshire.

Entry is restricted to those who attend the SuperControl drinks reception on the 6th November from 9pm. Only one entry per business.
Licence fee prize is covered for a maximum of ten properties, which must be in operation at the time of the draw.
The number of licences given as a prize are strictly limited to the properties managed by the named participant at the time of entry, up to a maximum of ten.
The winning ticket will be chosen at random and the ticket holder must be present to accept the prize.
SuperControl licence is valid for redemption until Nov 2018.

Meet some of the SuperControl team

SuperControl is the booking and management system used by 1,500 self-catering accommodation businesses to run more than 27,000 self-catering properties across the world. Our aim is to give you the tools to help you make your business the very best it can be.

Christine Oswald, Customer Support Specialist. Christine is part of the frontline team that answers questions, provides solutions, presents at events and delivers webinars. She has a fantastic knowledge about all aspects of SuperControl and can help you make the most of all the features it provides. She can tell you all about the booking websites we link with in our channel manager, time-saving admin features, design matching and more.

Jackie  McCamon, Customer Support Specialist. Jackie joined the SuperControl support team in June 2015, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge from 17 years’ experience of managing marketing and events at a busy family run holiday park, near Gatehouse of Fleet. She has a real passion for people and enjoys getting to know clients and associates, providing advice based on the skills and experience gained from working in the hospitality industry.

Katie Stovell, Marketing Consultant. A key member of SuperControl’s marketing team, Katie’s expertise are in digital marketing and connecting businesses. She also helps manage Robert and Melinda’s three self-catering properties at Orroland and is passionate about sharing best practice with fellow SuperControl clients to help them excel and prosper.

Keven Rzepecki, Business Development Executive. He joined the team this year, taking on many of Shani’s responsibilities whilst she is on maternity leave. With 10 years’ experience in customer-facing positions in design and sales, Keven’s really good at finding out what you need to ensure you get the product that’s right for you and the very best service possible. He’s also a retained firefighter, so it’s good to have him around!

What’s new, what’s in the pipeline, what’s our best practice advice? The SuperControl experts will be there to chat and answer your questions!

This year, TUI has been added to our channel manager, along with Scotts Castle and Michael Paul Holidays. We have been out on the road more – co-hosting events with Airbnb and HomeAway, and delivering self-catering workshops. The team has grown, which has enabled us to invest more time in delivering webinars and tutorials to share top tips and advice, helping SuperControl clients get the most from our booking and management system and deliver the very best experience they can.
