More about Billy McKaig: Billy is a Chartered Surveyor and member of the Rating Surveyors Association. He has specialised in business rates advice for over 30 years. After a varied career, including the Lothian Assessor and leading the business rates teams of two international property consultancies, Billy co-founded WYM Rating in 2012 to rediscover a client facing approach to business.
