More about Billy McKaig: Billy is a Chartered Surveyor and member of the Rating Surveyors Association. He has specialised in business rates advice for over 30 years. After a varied career, including the Lothian Assessor and leading the business rates teams of two international property consultancies, Billy co-founded WYM Rating in 2012 to rediscover a client facing approach to business. WYM Rating currently advise on over 6,000 properties across Scotland and are now the largest independent rating practice in Scotland, covering all main property sectors.

Billy’s main areas of expertise include; hospitality and leisure properties, specialist industrial properties, healthcare properties (mainly NHS), electricity subjects and revenues based properties.
