ASSC Survey to support industry response to important consultation on new Scottish Government EPC reform
The Scottish Government has proposed reforms to domestic and non-domestic EPC ratings in Scotland.
As part of our commitment to supporting our members, the ASSC will be responding to the consultation and are inviting short-term let property owners to share their views on EPC requirements and potential challenges relating to the proposals.
Please note that this survey is for short-term let owners and not for agencies.
Industry input will help shape our response to the consultation, which remains open until 10th October 2023.
Participation is crucial, and all responses will be kept confidential.
The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
