December 2024 Update:
We can see that Guest Occupancy was up 3 percentage points for October and November but flattened out in December and then pretty flat looking ahead to January and February. Meanwhile, Average Daily Rates (ADRs) have been pretty flat in October and November, commanding higher rates in December but January is looking flat with February dropping.
The average booking window was shorter for the last quarter of 2024 by just over 1 week, but is pacing ahead for the first couple of months of 2025. Lastly, length of stay has been mixed with longer lengths of stay in October, flat in November and shorter in December. January is shorter by almost a full day whereas February is pacing with a longer length of stay (5.3 versus 4.6 days)
