Kintail Finance is a boutique commercial mortgage broker, specialising in the Scottish hospitality sector. They enjoy full market access to the holiday-let, buy-to-let, residential mortgage and commercial mortgage market, as well as vehicle finance.
The company is run by Ken Macrae (Chartered Banker), a former corporate banking manager with 25 years experience in commercial and residential finance and now operating his own business from offices in Inverness city centre.

“Kintail Finance has worked with ASSC for over 18 months, guesting as a trade supplier at the Inverness regional show in 2023 and contributed direct evidence under the ASSC to the Scottish Government on the controversial STL licensing proposals, at a time when the loan market for new buyers all but dried up in March 2023.
We were further grateful to Fiona Campbell and her team of specialist professionals who shared their own expertise with us to help deliver loan finance completions during this time.
