Stuart has 15 years experience working in video and content production creating visual outputs for internal and external audiences. Working across a range of outputs from social media to broadcast TV, he is passionate about storytelling through the power of video to instil emotional connection and drive action. In his current role at VisitScotland he manages the Multimedia Team, within the Brand and Global Marketing Department, who are responsible for creating and distributing all our Global Brand video and image content.
In this session Stuart will highlight the importance or short form video across social media platforms and key considerations for these channels. The session will outline what short video is, look at top performing video types on channels like Instagram and TikTok, and provide an overview and simple tips of how you can create your own content suited to these channels using a mobile phone.
