Membership is for agritourism businesses.
Working farms, crofts, estates producing food (noted as farms from here on), with a consumer facing offering including selling food direct, tourism or leisure. You may be a member of a farming family but running a separate tourism business based on or adjacent to the family farm.
Examples include –
Membership is for one year from the date you paid your invoice.

If you don’t have self-catering and the agritourism element of your business (including direct food sales from on-farm retail) is more than £200k per annum, you are in this category, B. |

This rate includes automatic membership of the Scottish Tourism Alliance as well as Scottish Agritourism. |

You have a self-catering business on your farm. If you are already a member of the Association of Scotland’s Self-Caterers (ASSC) you can join now. If your turnover is less than £200k per annum from the total agritourism elements of your business, (including direct food sales from on-farm retail), but excluding other farm income, you are in this category, C. If you are not already a member of ASSC, to take advantage of joining Scottish Agritourism at a reduced rate supplement, go to www.assc.co.uk and join for £129 plus VAT. Then join here. There is normally a £50 joining fee but this is not payable at the moment, subject to change. Please note, you MUST join ASSC first before Scottish Agritourism. |
