Home Sharing and House Swapping as part of the Short-Term Lets Licensing Scheme – Response to Parliamentary Question (PQ)

“Home swapping is a type of home-letting. As my 27 October letter to the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee indicates, the scope of the implementation update will not alter the core principles of short-term let licensing including the types of licence.

“Home swapping is currently in scope of licensing and will therefore continue to remain in scope of licensing.”
