Businesses are advised that the next non-domestic property revaluation will take effect from 1 April 2026.
The Assessor uses information at 1 April 2025, the ‘tone date’, to inform the 2026 revaluation, and may ask for information about rental or other valuation information on a property to help inform valuations.
Proprietors, tenants and occupiers of non-domestic property can seek to pre-agree their rateable value in advance of the revaluation. The pre-agreement window is from 1 April 2025 to 20 February 2026.
