ASSOCIATION OF SCOTLAND’S SELF-CATERERS LIMITED (the “Company”)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at the ASSC Regional Gathering: Albert Halls, Dumbarton Road, Stirling, FK8 2QL at 1: 15 pm on Monday 3rd November 2025 to transact the following business.
To consider and vote upon the following special resolution.
“That the Articles of Association of the Company be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the form of Articles of Association attached and circulated (marked ‘Revised Articles of Association 2025’), with effect from the date this resolution is passed.”

If you are unable to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting on Monday 3rd November, you may appoint another person (or the Chair of the meeting) to attend and vote for you. This ensures that your voice is represented, even if you can’t be there in person.
Under our current Articles of Association, each attending member may act as a proxy for up to five other members.
The ability to appoint a proxy, is now closed.
